Microsoft Xbox 360

Can't be arsed with that, not really bothered. I thought if I could play HDMI now I may aswell but meh I am NOT buying a new Xbox! :)

I've already said something a few pages back. Nice idea but it's stiff and horrible, like Kane & Lynch, and it's nothing new gameplay wise. If you can stand sub-standard gameplay for a nice idea then it's worth a download, if you don't want yet another crappy FPS I wouldn't bother.

Are you winding me up? What's this?! Is anyone else just seeing a load of basic lines and pretty colours...?

Rez is one of my favourite games of all time. I love my Dreamcast copy and I will be downloading Rez HD tonight!

brilliant game..

I think it's more a game based on good gameplay rather than fancy graphics. Every review I've read has said how good the game is and that it's one of the better games of the last few years. I'm definately grabbing the trial.

Music plays, every time you fire it's a beat, every time these squares you have to shoot pulsate it's a beat. Gameplay-wise it's very simple and boring, but it's supposed to be "an audio-visual experience" - i.e. trippy.

Tom Clancy has released a new downloadable content package for Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 on Xbox Live.

The Co-op Collection, as it's titled, features an all-new co-op campaign comprised of five missions, and nine maps. Seven of those have been "inspired by classic maps from Ghost Recon's illustrious history", while the other two have never been seen before. There are nine new Achievements to unlock, worth a total of 125 points.

The new campaign is set on the border of El Salvador and Honduras, where a rebel leader is attempting to destabilise the governments of both countries and overthrow their US-backed leaders. Because, of course, the US has an excellent record of picking tip-top blokes to run South American countries. Anyway, the Ghosts are being sent in to stop the uprising and, "If they fail, America's efforts in the region could be set back by decades."

For a full rundown of each map, visit the Ghost Recon website. And if you're still not sure whether GRAW 2 is your kind of thing, why not read our review.

Ooof, now I'm tempted to get that.

When they say co-op, do they mean online co-op or offline co-op?

Co-op online I'm guessing, have the game, never played it,

I remember Space Harrier in the arcades when I was a VERY young lad! My step-dad ALWAYS played it. It's that flying man with the huge gun, right?

That's the one. I quite liked it in the day, it was quite advanced graphics for the C64 when you compared it to side-scrolling games. I guess it was close to 3D for its time.

I remember the name Space Harrier, I remember my bro-in-law playing it on the C64. But all I remember of the C64 is the name, people show me the graphics and I can't actually believe it. I have no recollection of the graphics being like that whatsoever, which is scary really, it's as if my memory has been fiddled with.

I saw it earlier when I downloaded Turning Point.

What a waste that game is, they had a great starting point with the "what if...." history and could have made a great game. However the graphics are crap. They have a kind of cartoon feel to them even though you know they are trying to be as realistic as possible. Generic springs to mind. Thats a problem with so many developers using the Unreal engine, half the games look the same these days. And this one looks like the used the basic engine, didnt bother with any bumpmapping or shaders and just stuck some textures onto the level model. I could even see tiling from the 1st view of the ocean, lazy that is! Oh well, chance missed.

Wasnt too impressed with the gameplay either, daft moving to 3rd person for ladders, the zoom in shooting doesnt work as the "fire" from the gun blocks the aiming point meaning you end up shooting about over there when the normal view actually allows for more precision.
