Max Drive/Memory Card problems

i have a max drive for my ps2, i downloaded an option file for winning eleven 10, put it on the max drive then uncrushed it onto my memory card.

something went wrong and now my memory card is stuffed, everything on it has been wiped out. i cant even save a new option file.

can somebody tell me why this has happened and how do i fix it?

Damn! You should have backed up all your saves first donfrancesco.

This happens with the Max Drive, i'm not sure why...it's not something anyone can fix.
