Masterleague Training & Youth Disabled?

Hi, I don't know why I can't select Training and Youth Team in the masterleague menu. I upgraded the coach staff etc.. and it asks me to check it but I cannot. Why?

Training?? Where can i select Training at the ML??

You can allocate training points to each team player like you would in
BAL as well.

youre playing without players development and aging, thats why

Oh, so I do I get the teamwork of the players I bought to increase. They are all around 18/99.
