Hey,

I'm a newbie with PES, so just bear with me here.

In Master League, I'm playing for the Grand Ol' Chelsea. I noticed that during the transfer window, I couldn't scroll through the list of offers from other clubs for my players, and thus could not accept or deny them. Can you even control who you sell, or is that a function of the AI? Because I wanted to get rid of Deco for some cash, and he got some pretty lucrative offers, but I couldn't get to sell him.

If the answer is obviously one way or another, then sorry, but this IS my first year playing PES.

click on negotiations > negotiations in progress to view incoming/outgoing offers.

or go to negotiations 'my team' then click on players that have an icon to the left of their name - this means they have an offer(s) waiting to be accepted/rejected. or if they dont u can click on the player u dont want and click 'release' to release on a free or 'enter player for possible transfer' to put him on the list

on 'my team' in negotiations click on the player u have a recieved a bid for, then click on 'change negotiation conditions' and go into that and pick the offer u want to accept or reject
 
Hi guys..
I'm having trouble with my transfers. My master league level is set to normal.. but during transfer windows, there used to be a rating between 0-100 depicting a players willingness to sign in previous versions of pes.

i cant seem to find that here. the only way around that is to add a player to my scouts list...thenwaste a week or 3 waiting for the scouts report and get the willingness % from there.. is there a way around it where like if i go to Search --> Quick Searck ---> Willingness to negotiate

I can see the 70+ ratings of the players who WANT to join me?
 
Nope, not in 2009. It's either Quick Search -> Openness to negotiation or scouting.

But you can add the players you want to the scouting list way before negotiation periods and you are not going to waste valuable weeks during transfer periods waiting for scouts to report ;)
