Master league teams online ?

Started a master league when i got the game and it says at the beginning that if you choose the original master league players as your team (I.E Liverpool with no Gerrard etc) then you would be able to play them in "Master league matches and competitions".

done a season or so on the master league and saved etc, but whenever i am online i can not see an option anywhere where i can load my saved team.

Any ideas if this is possible and if so how it is done ?

Afaik you can only play these special competitions that are offered from time to time (I haven't seen any yet).

Went to play in a competition last night, noticed there was a competition for master league teams, would have played in but didnt start till 2am uk time
