Master League Crashes during Celebrations

After completing a season with default players, and achieving promotion to div 1, I started another master league with Villareal (Top player, in Division 2). I edited the game slightly with stuff of evo-web, but other than that the game is the same as the first season.

I'm at the point where after winning a certain match that means that I am guaranteed promotion. When they all jump around and hug each other...and the manager runs on (who by the way looks NOTHING like me), the game crashes.

I have replayed this game, and it keeps crashing at on particular point during the celebrations; however, the sound continues. You can hear Lawro talking about the "impressive season" and stuff and also the crowd noise in the back. But the picture is frozen and you cant exit.

Not sure whats going on.

realistically theres only so much you can do. If you cant exit out of the celebration and skip it, either try a fresh install while backing up your game. Either that, or just throw the game and win the next if thats an option. I doubt anyones going to come up with a golden fix for a problem like this... just have to try and work around it.
