Did anyone see Martin O'Neil say "Genius. You're a genius" to Ashley Young right after the Everton match?

It was kinda funny I thought, similar but different to the Ince "shoot" master tactic haha.

edit: I can't find any short clips of it.. it's at the end of the fred highlights for those of you who knoW
 
Yeah I saw it after the match and they highlighted it on MOTD2 as well. Guess that's just his way of motivating the players. He seems more of the kind of boss to give loads of praise and nurture players.
