Listen mate, I hardly haven't missed a Premiership game since its inception, I'm just looking at a few things in the overall state of United. You should be sh*tting in your pants right now because around the corner is United biggest dark period ever, disagree with my points off the field, fine, you are fans of the club but i'm still entitled to my opinion, but what about off the field? here are some factors you should consider:

* Glazier - This guy will steadily ruin the foundation of your club, i seen him do it with his hockey team here in the US, it's all about aesthetics and financial gain, it was just a rumor but it doesn't surprise me that i heard from a few different sources that glazier offered Cantona a lump sum in the region of 5 million to return to the club for a season. This proves he's only interested in how the club looks in the eyes of business men and the media.

* The Fans - Look at the revolt and uprising that glazier has caused among fans that at one time could not be happier. The fans are the backbone of any club and currently the United fans are not walking upright, more like bent over on stilts and rollerskates.

* Sir Alex's Health - This is a major concern to any hardcore United fan. there's no beating around the bush here, ferguson looks like he could keel over and die at any moment on the touchline. Has he got an alcohol problem or something I don't know about? What's with the big red cheeks? Who are you going to turn to once Sir Alex is gone in the next couple of years? Roy Keane?

* Lack of interest for new players - Nobody wants to go to United, it was no more evident than this off season. Vieira: "Anywhere but United", Hargreaves wouldn't budge, why would he want to jump from the QE2 onto the Titanic?

Again I could go but i actually have some work to do, I'm only putting forth opinions on why i think there is cracks in the drywall at United. There's no need for all of you to gang up on me like this.
 
To be fair you do seem very biased and dont have a good word to say about United, Im by all means no Arsenal fan but I admit they have one of the greatest in Henry, a great manager in Wenger and some great youngsters in their squad. I dont understand why you have came in here and gone all guns blazing about your negative views on United!, whats the point ?
 
I'm just tired of all these Utd fans shouting "oh we practically have both hands on the trophy now" and we are only 2/3 games into the season. I'm looking at the overall view here. I have a lot of positive things i can say about united. I respect them alot, they have always thrived to be the best in a tough league and stop at nothing to be the best. Sure their manager and their captain flew off the handle on more than one occasion but their many acheivments overshadow all the bad stuff from the lightening slapshot by Ferguson on Beckhams face to them initiating the throwing of soup and pizza in the tunnel against Arsenal. United were never afraid to pounce on the veteran taking their chances with Yorke, cole and sheringham and getting a cup winners cup out of it in the treble of '99. look at the stadium, it might be a little out of date now but old Trafford is still one of the most advanced innovative stadiums in the world, many of the NFl teams here in the US modeled their stadiums off OT but with added bonuses of heated turf and retractable roofs none of which would be possible without the design of Old trafford. look at how united merchandise, without united the new York yankees would be nothing. United showed them how to sell merchandise, stuff the product in the face of the consumer until their eyes begin to turn red the same color as the jersey. I don't know why you are showing so much hatred towards me, its obvious I know a lot about United and hold a lot of respect for them, I can dish out the good along with passing around the bad. That's what debates are all about but no you would rather gather around me and I end up getting rearended by all of you, I don't think anything i said deserved the total slating i got from you guys.

any defensive orientated coach could get his back men to stop this guy. Wait til the hype boils over and after a couple of seasons he'll be playing as a novelty act in MLS.

Hargreaves said that its a dream to play for manchester united, and he would do everything to make it happen.He wanted to play in the PL for years, arston villa, manchester city, anywhere, just has to be PL.

What fans here said 'oh we practically have both hands on the trophy now'' or gave the impression that we felt we are going to be champions after just 3games? The arguments that you put forth are just plain stupid and anti United. Pure biased taking the piss talk and nothing constructive or fair. I dont have anything personal against you as Im sure you a nice person, but what you say is just a wind up.

Anyway bad news. No new faces expected at United before window closes.

United need to seriously look at their scouting and transfer system, because we can't seem to move and attain the high class players without either being ripped off (Carrick) or failing to make moves at the right time (Hargreaves, Senna). Also Why didnt we go in for Hargreaves before he played in the wolrd cup if SAF was apparently interested him before WC as he said. We had all summer to sort out these deals yet only til the last minute do we try and fail with these signings.
Our scouting system is a joke, we can't do any transfer deals right nowdays or get any big names that we can. Why should United have to settle on the likes of fletcher(who wouldnt stand out in a watford or wigan shirt) and O'Shea(who is just a mess), as squad players. Where are the supposed world-class players we were promised by Gill back in the summer and yet until now nothing happen? Every year this shit happens man, and again when players get injured we'll be in crisis and that'll be our excuse that' injuries crippled us' NOT GOOD ENOUGH UTD BOARD AND SAF, SORT IT OUT!!

I responded to tell him to quit talking shit because I knew he was just doing it to wind people up. I don't know where you get that sick fantasy from that I would watch you while you sleep. Maybe you have done that yourself to someone close and your just expressing the guilt as a suggestion for someone else to copy. If thats the case my advice is to go and seek help before you act out again csaunders my friend.
 
I think we would have heard something by now if we were to sign anyone before tomorrow night. Of course I hope I am wrong, but it doesnt look good.

More great planning by SAF - sell Ruud, then give out Rossi on loan. So now we have Alan Smith someday, Ole, Saha and Rooney, with no back up. Sigh.

Arsenal with Macherano and Tevez? That's what the Times is saying...how'd they get that kind of cash!
 
It's a great way of testing him at the top level without compromising our attack. I think it's a good idea. Newcastle play fast attacking foorball so the style will be similar too. When he comes back in January, he'll be ready for us.

to be honest, i can't see it being really big news as this stuff is always leaked before it happens.
 
Really really disappointing end to the transfer window for us. We've needed a tough-tackling midfielder for god knows how long now and it will clearly show once the Champs League starts O'Shea and Fletcher are just not up to it.
 
After Rossi moving to Newcastle, I'm expecting someone decent today.
And if MUTV says to expect a surprise, theres a good chance there will be one seeing how their studio is inside Old Trafford, which makes it much easier for them to know inside info before everyone else.
