thanks. I did have a link to a chinese web-site but it's all buggered up now. not seena game for ages. Plus all these 5.15 kick offs are like 2-3 in the morning anyway so i don't see much.

You lot make me laugh with your predicted line-ups and 'who should play' etc. ONLY THE COACHES know their best eleven - we don't know who is playing well in training, who is mentally prepared etc.

i felt Man Utd back 4 were excellent except for the last 15 mins when they look shaky as Lua Lua terrorise the united defense

on the whole good game, and glad to know ronaldo is regaining his form now with his rocket goals... just love them

oh.. btw to add "sugar to coffee" chelsea lost 3-0 to Boro \\:o/ \\:o/

ps: did anyone spot the portsmouth goal, look at park, he ducked the volley thinking it was going out but taylor sneak in to to score. i think park might be having nightmares later on

Yeah the back 4 was excellent. It just got shaky towards the end, cuz howard didnt bring much confidence in goal. I think we should keep it like that, 4 solid defenders who love defending. What happend to G.Neville btw, was he injured or just dropped?

Beautiful weekend so far. Its pity arsholes didnt lose today against bolton and liverpool draw. Hopefully tottenham win tomorrow and cement that champions league place :)

Deportivo La Coruna star Aldo Duscher claims Manchester United have made a new move for him.

Duscher has been a long-term transfer target for United as they look to find a replacement for Roy Keane.

United are believed to have tried to sign the 26-year-old during last month's transfer window, but Deportivo were unwilling to do business.

Old Trafford chief Sir Alex Ferguson has admitted his top priority next summer is to bring in a new midfielder to bolster his ranks and Duscher is thought to be his top target.
The Argentine international claims United have made contact for him and that a deal could happen at the end of the season.

A good replacement for Keane? Anyone know much about this guy? I haven't been following La Liga too closely this season.
 
Well he did break beckham's ankle before the world cup 02! :-#
He is no keane, and looking that ManUtd has no player to really fit that position, he is a good buy.

I also read yesteray that ManUtd tried to get Deco from Barça. Probably BS from newspapers.
 
Deco story IS bullshit. He is at one of the best clubs in the world - why would he swap for cold England? Although I think he is PERFECT to play where Scholes has played for 10+ years and it's looking like the Ginger Prince is to reinvent his career musically 'Stevie Wonder style'. I hope I am wrong but I really cannot see Scholes putting on the red shirt again. We got Ronny, Park and Rossi so it's not panic-stations yet.
 
I would rather have SAF play in Scholes' position than Deco. That man, despite all his skill, is the worst diver on the planet. Watching him in the CL with porto/Euro 2004, everytime he got the ball you could tell all he was goin to do was run at the defender, draw some contact and go down, with his big bushy eyebrows pleading at the ref.

One of the reasons I'm proud to support United is cause we don't have many divers (Ronaldo aside) and adding deco to our lot would just ruin that.
 
Look at Van Nistelrooy. Look at Ronaldo - they were diving buggers when they first arrived. Ferguson sorts his players out - he won't accept diving or cheating. But forget Deco - he isn't coming to Old Trafford unless it's in a Barca shirt next season in a Champions League fixture.

He did ok. Let in a goal but to be fair, anyone would hae let that goal in. It was more a case of the defenders not picking out the header.
 
Couldnt do nothing about the goal but he really didnt fill me with too much confidence with some of his decision making. Then again you can only get better with the more games you play.
