So what? Are you honestly telling us that if that was Liverpool players fighting after a game, you wouldn't come in and start going on about us being hooligans/thugs/murderers etc? But because it's Man Utd it's fine?
 
You would think losing to Chelsea will give extra motive going to into the Barca game. Im sure Fergie will rally his troops after the loss. At the moment there is 3 games left and everything to play for. Only time will tell...

So we lost to Chelsea. Did anyone expect any different? The've not lost at home for over 100 games. I can't believe all the doom and gloom in the papers. We win the next three games, we win it all.
 
I would've expected a draw at least.

Or more likely, yes, we could've won. Our first eleven is easily good enough to beat them, regardless of whether they're at home or not.

And that first eleven would still have been fine to beat Barca on tuesday, yet Fergie clearly doesn't believe that, and now we'll probably lose to Barca, and win the league on shitty goal difference (yes, its still a title win, but a shit one).

Errmm...not exactly all Maru...We still have to face either the Scousers or The Chavs if we overcome Barca.I dont know why many would overlook West Ham and Wigan,saying these two games are certain wins.West Ham halted our charge at Upton Park and Wigan held Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.That should throw caution to the wind.I had faith but now its a case of 'whats the next best thing' for us.We are still in pole position no doubt but I hope the lads wont bottled it.
 
Well i still remember Fergu-son' sayings that they always respect the referee even if the referees make mistakes n stuff. Well yesterday it seemed as if they wanted to beat up the linesman and referee. Evra also had a good fight with Chelsea ground staff.
 
Any best half our team get suspended in a super efficient, rushed 'hearing' by the FA?

To be honest I think Fergie has somehow lost it. Quieroz's comments were stupid, he sounds like, well, Wenger, and we never want that. Fergie has to accept that some decisiosn go against you, and while on any other day in the 87th minute of an important match that handball wouldn't be given (come on seriously, that happens at least once a match - first time I've ever seen a handball given when not a single fan/player yells handball!) it was unlucky so move on. Bottom line, our second string team with 2 major injuries in the game came close to holding the other good team in england at home to 1-1. It shouldn't have been an easy match.

What I don't get is when we're going to get to see some of the good football again. Fergie seems so obssessed with resting the right players for the right games he ends up just being weak all the time. Put a damn first XI out there and let them go. 3 matches in like 3 weeks. They can handle that.
 
It's all about "what ifs" at the moment, IMO Fergie made the right decision BUT he will look like the biggest plonker if we go out on Tuesday, he's gambled winning the league against Chelsea to give our self a better chance of Winning the Champions League and the League is still in our hands so on that basis he made the right choice, you have to gamble sometimes to win the lot and thats exactly what he's done, i'd rather we "go for it" then play our best team against Chelsea and win then get beat by Barca due to tired legs and are season would be over, we would be champions but still would be a sense of disappointment without the CL
 
yeah and half the west ham team are injured, ljungberg broke a rib yesterday too, so hes prob out, its going to be wigan if anyone thats gonna nawls up our season
 
If anything the fact that we play first puts more pressure on Chelsea which is good rather we get the 3 Points and then wait on to see if they can do the same :D
 
we only lost last year cus we had already won the league and just wanted to get on with trophy lifting, west ham had 2 shots all game anyway
