Its getting stuffy in here.I just cant believe what I am reading here.First two games of the season with just two points isnt exactly the end of the world.Let me remind you lot here that WE DRAWN OUR FIRST TWO GAMES IN SEASON 98/99 BUT WENT ON TO WIN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE! I know it dosent justify anything but some of you should take the chill pill.

i'm certainly not panicking but the comment about the 98-99 season isn't all that relevant in todays premiership. the bar has been raised by arsenal and chelsea since then and Liverpool are also a much better side. in my opinion the premiership has come on leaps and bounds over the last 5 years plus

I don't follow the Premiership enough to know the refs but... That particular ref doesn't like Ronaldo that much does he?

In Portugal, at most that would've been a double yellow card...

im gonig to get drunk and later on tonight rant on the prem refs... there are some serious problems there, more later, i know your all waiting with great anticipation

i think its exciting really , a few weeks back people where saying "united are know looking amazing" and know there saying "ow your out of the race" lol i think its great i think maybe these comments will make the team more hungrier to go out and retain the title , also chelsea havnt looked exactly untouchable have they hopefully the pile can get a win against them (i dont consider them challenging for the title anyway)

only 2 games gone yes its a bad start but well come good eventually i just hope its not to late when we are firing on all cylinders cant see chelsea slipping up much this year but still along way to go

i'm really surprised by some comments here
there are more than 30 games to be played and you're already giving up hope ?
chelsea, liverpool and arsenal will also loose points along the season
man utd has got such a fantastic team this year and i think only chelsea can rival with you, so i really can't understand this despair...

because chelsea play with a style which makes them very hard to drop points but not good football to watch:(

That actually hasn't been true so far this season- though it was ver tru of them last year and prior.

Also the critisism of the refs in here is nuts.

Ronaldo gave the ref no option at all.

Am sure you will improve shortly and I would expect a win to start that against City despite their significant opening improvement to their team.

The season is a long haul not a sprint and you haven't really droped that many points- portsmouth will be a hard place for anyone to go to this season and Chelsea had their job against Readin made a lot easier by the insane sending off against Pizaro. Now if you want to complain about a referring mistake- that is where you should start- crazy sending off.

After two games the idea that Man Utd are in trouble is a little crazy, even if you could really do with the front man situation sorted out.

If overall the teams and season plays out like last year I as an Evertonian would much rather see Man Utd win the league because A) you're not Liverpool haha and B) you have been much easier on the eye than Chelsea.

that's only true reagarding last season
this season chelsea will play a lot better, they're already playing better. if mourinho said they'll play better, then they will

i agree but they have also conceded 3 goals in 2 games which for chelsea standerds isnt normal and they could have easily conceded more so thats a plus i think and hope liverpool will edge them , and i just realised where in "possibly a better position then last season

last season we got 4 points from Reading which we could match
and we got 3 points from Portsmouth which we coulg get 4 this season we had 89 points last season so where still on track to reaching fergie's 90 point mark ;)

vanzandth...scholes is too young to play for everton just yet.Maybe after another league medal or the CL medal perhaps.Phil Jagielka is a smashing player,could give T.Ho a run for his money.

I was at the Roma match last season. Was important because we needed a result. Boy, did we get one. Everything about that night was utter perfection.

wasn't a great match but was a great match for me ;) the whole trip was amazing.

only thing that rivals it for me was being in Ibaraki Japan for the 2002 world cup. Ireland vs Germany, Robbie Keane last minute equaliser! i went fucking mental! :)

got back to the team hotel bar (i was staying at another hotel across the road, but showed up anyway) and the FAI put on a free bar till 5am! now that's a football ascociation! thing is we hadn't even qualified yet, we had 4 points from 2 matches and had one match to go :)

a pint of guiness was about £7 too and there was about 300 thirsty paddies in this small-ish hotel bar from 11pm till 5am, that bar bill must have been MASSIVE!

i had tickets for that match but sold them, i was gutted! :(

the 1-0 win against Villa 2 years ago as it was the day before I moved to Japan as will probably be the last time I go to Old Trafford again in my life.
