making a link (how?)

Hi,
how do you guys make links with words in it:

I only know how to make a link which look like this:

http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/6695/netsvq2.jpg

but I want a link which wouyld say:

"my nets" not "http://......." and it would be clickable

Do you understand me? If you do then help me
