Looking For PES Editor

i'm looking for PES Editor, not somthing that will make my Option file go crazy.. (the most simple editor..)
i want to rename the stadiums, and to set the stadiums to the currect teams, with what editor i can do this stuff?
(through the game himself u can't edit all stadiums names, and u cant set the stadiums for all teams, some of them hes been EDIT by patches and it's blocked..)

how can i do a massive change of injury tolerance in pes 2008? because i want change all injury tolerance player's to b and b to c... please anyone knows how can i do that?

I changed all of mine to C. I used that editor made by the Frenchie and went to the global stat adjust tab with the excel style database. I then used a programme called Workspace Macro to repeat changing each player's tolerance to C. It takes about 5 minutes. If you wanna do it the way you want though, I guess the old fashioned way will have to do.
