Hi,
As per subject line does anyone have a link to download the final data pack for PES 2021?
I'm thinking it should be possible to download the base game from steamtools or similar and then upgrade. Can someone confirm?
If there is a tutorial somewhere too that would be great. For context I would prefer to go this route as opposed to Football Life, for the added benefit of the extra modding capabilities etc.
Apologies if this is already answered on the forum 1000 times. I've always struggled with these types of forum sites haha.
Cheers,
J
