Yes.
Get Kitserver 5.1.3 - it works with WE9. LOD Mixer is an integrated part of it (See Kitsever documentation for info on LOD Mixer module).

kitserver 5.1.3 and lodmixer don't apply.-we9 liveware korea version.

korea all user expectation lodmixer and kitserver new version wiil apply.

do you need only we9lek excute file?(or all parts file?)

Don't worry I informed Juce66 about all info of the game...;)
 
For WE9:LE, use lodmixer that comes with Kitserver 5.1.4, which was just released :)
