Konami ID Problem

So.. I've deleted my konami id from the website thinking i could make another one and can start my online activity from zero. I've made another email, konami id (of course game id within). Now.. i cannot login :( this is crap.. ?!?! i have to buy another game?? konami specifies that once deleted u cannot reactivate ur acount, ok ... but no specifies about loosing ur entire game.! PLS HELP, Thx in advance!
(I've tried with a fake serial number it ways unable to login check registration code, so it's not my seriall which is working because when i enter my serial, the new konami id etc. it says only "unable to login")

I've told this in the post :P anyway i was stupid i wrote to konami buuuut... i find this awful i mean if someone hacks my konami id i'm all lost?? wtf... :((( i am so depressed
 
Try emailing Konami support, explain what you did, they could reactivate your old ID.

the funny thing is...when i try to login today, i am getting "An Error Occurred." message. I have not done anything different, i havent changed any settings, etc. I used it fine yesterday, and today it suddenly stops working? Whats going on here?

I emailed Konami Support, and i am awaiting a response...
in the mean time, anybody have any ideas?

Hey dude, i have a same problem. Whole morning i have "an error has occured" messege and i cant log in.
I reinstaled game, change ID pass couple of time but without any luck. Some friend of mine tells me he have same problem so it looks like its massive issue.

Thanks for the feedback man, greatly appreciated. Thought it was only me...was starting to get a little bit panicky...i even changed my password, updated my details...everything, and still nothing.

from your info, i guess its safe to assume it is now a Konami problem. *relief*
 
i reckon those that are having the problem and havent reported it to Konami support should do so. The more complaints they get, perhaps the more faster they act on resolving the issue.

Still seems like it is down at the moment...getting the same error.

as Klang mentioned, anybody else having these login issues today?

Couple of my friends have same problem at the moment so it looks like its massive issue.

Thanks for the update Saaj. Just have to go back to pes6 for a while. Wish Konami would do the same so they can remember what was good about it and re introduce all the good points which have for some reason disappeared over the years. Like defender AL and player switching to name but two.

i know the servers are online, however, they have not sorted out the problem that all of us are still having here...we can get as far as the login screen, which means PES 2011 is finding the servers online. However, it does not allow us to login when we are prompted to do so...we get an error message.

well..i am still having the same problem, is anyone else still having any problems?
