No, not just translation other stuff as well, you probaly need fernandos translation patch if its only the text you want translating.

Yes I know, but where can I get a Fernando's translation-patch at this time? everything of WE9 and WE9jl is gone.

Ohh, well ...., WE10jl is coming out for about 2 weeks, so it's not that horrible
