I've created a macro to grab CPU formation changes for CPU vs CPU players

I've created a macro script for us CPU vs CPU players (or should I say watchers!!), it can be timed to every 5 or 10 mins or so to delve into the menus, temporarily give the "human" a side to control, it then shows the Team Management screen to show the CPU formation that was in use, grabs an nVidia Alt F1 screenshot, then switches the human controlled side to be the other side and the Team Management screen gets shown again, another screenshot is grabbed. At the end of the macro sequence it then sets it back to CPU vs CPU and the match restarts. It was tricky setting this up as the game automatically pauses if an application outside of the FC 25 game window (which needs to be in borderless windows mode) is started, but within the macro key presses it has a final mouse cursor click into the game window and a final key press to get the match started again.

The Macro sequence length is round 40 seconds or so.

With the timing I have set for the macro to repeat itself for the whole match running from a separate batch script, I can leave the screen, go make a nice cup or Tea (other drinks are available...), have some food, and come back to a finished match, with a set of screengrabs which tell the "story of the match".

I have managed to start a full 20 mins Real Madrid vs Real Madrid match that starts on default formations, and by the end of the match as the goals flow, the CPU side losing is often but not always showing to be using 4-1-2-3 or 4-2-1-3 (often one followed by the other with minutes in between), and the winning side often sets itself to 4-1-4-1 to see out the match. Its proving that the CPU changes its formation at least, and its quite organic in that the formation doesnt always immediately change for a CPU side if they go 1 goal down or 1 goal up, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't change quickly.

If anyone is interested I can upload the macro to here and give instructions for its use.

Used a macro utility, recorded the key presses needed to capture the Team Management screen for each CPU player, then quits out and carries on CPU CPU playing the game. This "mod" is just a simple script as I was fed up with the fact that FC 24 and now 25 (FIFA was the same previously I think) do not have team formations showing anywhere other than coming out into the Team Management screen, the screen that is not available during CPU CPU unless u change one of the sides to Human, which is what this simple script does.

The fact I time it to do this every 5 or 10 mins of game time, and have added screenshots into the script, it means I get a full view of CPU formation changes at the end as well as being able to see which Subs were used and more or less the time of the match they happened.

Main thing is though, that the CPU most definitely organically makes formation changes depending on the scoreline.

hey man. good job. can you do me a favor for a fee? not everyone might do what I do but see if you can do it for me. I always play the game with both teams in a match. every 15 minutes I change the user. since I care alot about tactics, I need to have full control over both team tactics. but When for example team A( which I'm playing with) scores a goal, team B automatically changes the tactics and my set tactics are gone. can you do sth that Cpu won't change the tactics automatically? is it possible?

If only I could mate, if only I could. My macro only simulates the key presses needed to pause, go into settings, choose a side to control, goes back a menu and then down to choose team management, then Alt F1 to save screenshot. I have had some very interesting match outcomes using the same teams starting on the same formations, the CPU really does make some very organic changes so is certainly always thinking on the go.

But back to your question, I am not a modder, just a macro creator for this.
