just press "resend confirmation email" on the site and the manual link will be in there.

I wonder why it works for some and not others?

i have sent a very nicely worded email to the customer support people, to get it sorted pronto.

I don't see anyone who needs to chill out, just a few complaints. The site stated the download would be available at 0:00 BST but it's not, I think that's due course for complaint. Obviously I'm not upset but it is quite annoying to not get what you paid for.
 
why you guys did not get the link?

everything is fine for me...i ordered at 23:55 BST, then got the link at same time, downloading it now and waiting for S/N

the cheaper one from UK GAME.com

but they are from same website gameplanet, just different marketspace....

i can login on both website (Konami and Game) and i can see the download link on both web...

they are exactly same! except price!

If the product is advertised as being released at a certain time and it isn't then no, I'm not getting what I paid for. I think it's perfectly reasonably to have a complaint about this.

Simcut, would you be happy if you expected the game on the 8th and it didn't arrive and there was absolutely no reason given for why it didn't arrive?

The disappointing thing is knowing all week that it would be available to me at that time...sitting around all day thinking about it and then waiting 4 hours later with no working download links and no explanation why it's not working.

We're not devastated or anything...just annoyed. It's like pre-ordering the game from the store, going to the store and they tell you they sold all of their copies.
 
For those of you who haven't received your download links yet, is it past midnight in your timezone yet? The only thing I can think of is that the site is sending out the links at midnight for YOU, not for them.

Not yet, it says that I have to wait to get it within the next 8 hours. I guess they have to check my credit card information from overseas.

Guys, any way to contact juce?
I really want to take over the kitserver project.

what is weird is that i purchased mine at 11:55 and straight away recieved the download links. Just got up and its downloaded. Started to install the game looking at the install files it contains dt00_e, dt0e and dt05_e, dt05_n,
dt05_r, dt05_t and dt05_v so it should be in english, but still no activation code
