Can I install my game on a bunch of PCs?

Yes, though because of the DRM (Digital Rights Management) applied on the game you only have a set amount of ‘initial activations’ (normally 5) that are imposed on us by the games publishers. If you need more then our support team will give more, within reason. What we mean is that if we see a lot of activations in a few days from a bunch of different IPs, then it’s pretty obvious that this is fraudulent use, so we won’t give more activations without a really really good reason.



How many of these ‘activations’ do I get?

On most games you get 5 ‘initial activations’ that are reset to 5 usable ones every so often. If you ever run out then you can get more by contacting our support team. Our Principle is ‘If you bought your game then you should always be able to activate your game for your own use’.



If I uninstall the game and reinstall it later, will that use an activation?

No, only installations on different PCs will use an activation. You can uninstall and reinstall on the same PC as many times as you want.



These downloaded files, can I save them somewhere like a DVD-R and use them later?

Of course, but don’t forget that you can download your game later at no cost whatsoever.

Yeh but activation code is something else than the game serial, i have experience with that. so i dont really get it...

I think other way round lol. Serial key is from the game itself, and i think you will need to enter this activation code to download it/install it. special install service so you cant copy the game for everyone instantly

It's quiet the opposite actually.

Activation code initiates the installation of the game you purchase. Serial number is what helps you play the game online.

I had the same problem. I ended up paying with Paypal and that worked.

I later got an email from my credit card company saying there was suspicious activity...I guess they didn't like that there were charges from overseas. They said I could call and confirm the charges....maybe you can do the same.

downloadin now but by the size 5.8gb and the fact that when i went to pay it bought me to a french language paypal im abit worried that it is not english but if it aint i will demand money back
 
No, I ordered from them and have not received it either.

I pushed the resend confirmation email and it now has a download link but it says the download in invalid when I try to download in the download manager.
 
It is annoying. Especially since if you order from the Konami site, you can download now..though it is slightly more expensive.

BTW, my paypal was in french too.
 
i bought it about 11:55. Had to create an account when i done this and paid it bought me back to site to download. try logging into your acc. and looking for link plus i got confirmation email with download link and also link to manual witch is in english so fingers crossed

with german version the same shit, only a german manual :RANT:

no problem to wait a bit longer..but without inform us, that sucks
 
I'm really frustrated with this. I even tried to re-order it but they refused payment. I was going to try to get a refund for the first purchase.

And then I tried to buy from Konami site and the payment was refused there too.

I knew this wouldn't work. I was really looking forward to playing this tonight.
 
Yep same here , i got a email conformation with a link to the user manual/ the download & the download manager that they advise you to use , i got no manual download links !! & after installing the download manager & clicking highspeed download i get an error message " this is not a valid download file" WTF !!!
