Is Pes 2009 the hardest pes game?

Playing on regular difficulty and its the hardest pes game i have ever played. can't score a goal.

I remember playing it way back when it was released in PC version. IIRC, goalkeepers often made a mistake like Oliver Kahn in WC 2002 final. I liked the graphics and looks of the menu tho. But hardest for me was PES 3, playing it in my PS2 back then and needed hours until I finally scored my 1st goal. I came straight from playing PES 1 a lot but it was really difficult for me, but amazing. I still love it today.

I score every game at top player,scores are like 3-1 4-2, but rarely score in PES 2010, like most of my games end 0:0
