Is it possible to unlock the Copa Libertadores teams for Exhibition mode?

Really, I was hoping to make Boca-Estudiantes or Boca-Velez, but I can't because the guys at Konami only allow us to use the Libertadores teams in just one mode

What, would you prefer they didnt get the Copa Libetadores license at all then?

I heard somewhere that the 2010 league editor could open the 2011 league file, so maybe there's a chance it can also edit it. But nor I'm sure neither I've tried myself yet (planning to do so).
