Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Completed the game this morning.

Story is good and is the main thing that kept me playing.
Won’t give anything away as know people are playing now over Christmas.

Graphics 9/10
Story 8/10
Gameplay 5/10 - The absolute shocking stealth parts are completely frustrating due to being able to crawl behind people and just outright do pretty much everything unless someone is looking directly at you.
The gameplay would be much higher as enjoyed the puzzles and the general gameplay but completely let down by the stealth.

Took me about 20 hours to complete with a few side missions completed.

Gotta agree with you @bsmaff . Game took a hard nosedive after the initial Vatican euphoria I had. I'd even go as far and say the gameplay mechanics are broken. Stealth is comically bad to a point where it feels like they completely forgot to even include it. Was able to Rambo my way through since I got stupidly overpowered in Gizeh, on hardest difficulty btw. Last third of the game also felt like navigating through molasses most of the time. Quite the bummer overall. However, I'm still in for more Indy in the future as the whole presentation was ace.

I didn't want to be as harsh and say the gameplay mechanics are broken but they are.
Stealth is a huge part of the game yet it seems completely random whether people see you or not and if you just crouch you can get through anything.
If you do get caught just run to the next check point and hey you done it.

The fighting was pretty cool and properly one of the few things they kind of got right - Guns are pointless as it is lazy programming with basically a shot gun is 2/3 shots a normal gun 4/5 shots and doesn't matter if head shot or body shot it is all the same.
But rarely used the gun as didn't feel like it made it an Indy game if all guns blazing.

The story was excellent and felt like an Indy adventure and probably better than Uncharted and Tomb Raider but Tomb Raider for me just had much stronger gameplay throughout and enjoyed that more than Indy Jones.

If they released a new game in a couple of years I am sure would play it, so glad this was part of gamepass as would of been really annoyed if paid £45 for the game.

Fate of Atlantis is still the Indy King.

I doubt the PS5 version will have any real AI advancements but surely they will add an option to pet the animals! It's going to be 2025 for crissakes!

I have maaaaaany hours logged on this game as any area which offers it I absolutely linger in for ages. I don't need to grab all the collectibles, but I prefer to finish the mysteries and other small side quests with puzzles attached.
