In WE10 is Rain Suppose to Stop When You Pause and View a Replay?

In WE10 when you press start and view a replay, if it's during a game with rain, the rain stops. Is this noraml? Not sure if if happened with other versions. I know the rain stopped at some point, but can't remember when. Just curious. Thanks. :)
 
Well its happened with previous versions of pes so i guess its the same. The replays have always been strange, like flags not moving when you rewind but then they move when you go forward, same with the revolving boards etc
 
And the crowd... They all stand up, you rewind and they stay stood up, play again and they move all around, rewind and they freeze...
