In need of major help!!

Hello, I am need of some help as my laptop will install pro evo fine but when i click the play button it comes up with "this program will have to close", sent report etc.

Here are the specs of my laptop:
TOSHIBA SATELLITE P100
CPU: Intel Core Duo 1.66Ghz
1gb Ram
Nvidia Geforce Go 7600 128Mb

Any answers whatsoever would be greatly appreciated
