Implementing custom tifos in the FET

So I've cut out some real life tifos that Real have used in the past, and I'm wanting to put them into the editor to replace the default/player tifos for them. My question is what do I *exactly* do to replace them? I haven't found any good guides for this so I'm a bit lost.
