You need to repair the game first, then delete the two folders original_data & original_patch.

Repair through EA app or Steam (wherever you bought the game from).

To delete the folders: EA SPORTS FC 25 > delete the original_data & original_patch folders > go to Mod Manager click the little arrow next to LAUNCH button and select ''Delete FIFAModData folder and Launch''
