I have 2 quick questions about Pixel Shader and graphic card?

I have 2.0 Pixel Shader I want to upgrade it to 3.0 or 4.0 is this possible?

If I upgrade my Graphic card to an Nvidia 8800 will it come with the 3 or 4 pixel shaders or do I have to upgrade them seperatly?

Finally I wanted to know is video ram upgradeable? I have 64 MB video RAM I want to upgrade it to 256 or 512 mb video ram do I have to upgrade them separatly or is it included in the Nvidia 8800 graphic card?

So your saying if I get the 8800 I will have ram and pixel shaders together included?
Will it run absolutely every single PC game in the market? Or will it just run most of the games?
