I can't install the patch!

A message comes up saying that the programme to be upgraded is missing or the update may upgrade a different version of the game! can anyone help me on this?! BTW, the game is legit, which is more puzzling. Im on vista 32-bit if thats any use.

Thanks, but no success. My BAL also doesn't work when after loading a saved game. I tried the lowering resolution, which doesn't change anything. has anyone found a solution?

The old saved games maybe corrupted, and it sounds like yours is. So start a new one
