How to unlock "6 star" level in WE Shop in J League 2007 CC

Dumb question, but which item in WE Shop unlocks the hardest difficulty level? If someone could just tell me which item from the top or bottom is and what the cost is, that'd be great. thanks.
 
It's the 2nd from the bottom and it costs 1000WEN.
I may as well tell you the rest as well:
From the top
Classic players
Club legend teams
Ball types
Wallpapers(for the main menu and options)
Costumes
Edit parts (Hairstyles)
Edit parts (goal celebrations)
Camera Type
Ball Effect (for replays)
BGM Music player
Stadium viewer
Game Speed 2x
6* "Superstar" difficulty スパスター
Master League options- Starting points etc

Also, this is REALLY dumb (but I just got the game yesterday), but am I right that the difficulty level is set on the first drop down item in the set up menu?

Yeah, you're right. Beginners at the top and Top Player or Superstar is at the bottom of the drop down menu.

The other options are:
Game options
Difficulty level
Injuries- あり(yes) or なし(no)
Condition: Home
Condition: Away
-
Ball effect

Stadium Options
Season- summer top winter 2nd random last
Day/night
Weather- clear, rain, snow, random
Stadium

Rules
Home and away legs
away goals
extra time
PK
Subs allowed

Other options
Opening scene
ball effect
supporter stance
crowd level: home
crowd level: away
menu frame

I have unlocked 6 star level using the method in post 4, this level is not provdinig me with any challenges
