How to save your controller-settings?

Hello all,

After a disappointing PES2008 I'm enjoying PES2009 every day. The only thing is that my brother plays single games with the keyboard, but I prefer to play with my controller.

So everytime he played a game with the keyboard (and removed my controller from Controller 1), I have to set Controller 1 in the settings.exe back to "Thrustmaster 2-in-1 DT". No problem so far, I did that with PES6 too.

BUT the problem is that settings.exe doesn't remember my preferred button configuration from the controller. So everytime I set Controller 1 back to my controller, I have to reconfigure the :r2: :r1: :l1: :l2: :triangle: :square: :circle: etc.

Is there any option to save the button-configuration so settings.exe will remember my button settings everytime I'll select "Thrustmaster 2-in-1 DT" in Controller 1 (or 2)?! :CONFUSE:

Thnx in advance,
Henrik

anyone know how to save the controller settings for player 2? it never saves them?

also player 1 seems to be in control of everything like replays and beginning the second half

very fustrating

And another thing - you can chose more teams to play with in "CHampions league" mode but when two human controlled teams meet it says: "second controller needed" and you can't proceed to play the match.

When the keyboard is set as controller 1 there's fuck all chance to do anything with the gamepad

when the gamepad is set as controller 1 you can either play the game with the gamepad or with the keyboard but when for example teams of player1 and player2 meet - as I wrote above - it wants "second controller"

what the hell?

Yeah, I'm getting the same problem with controller settings not saving for the second controller. Maybe it has something to do with choosing Xinput instead of Directinput in the controller settings?

Henrik.. maybe try creating 2 settings.exe?

henrik setting.exe
henrik bro setting.exe

just delete the front of the file name whoever plays

how in the world your bro play with a keyboard anyway
it seems hard!
