How to record a whole PES 6 match

Hey guys, I'm trying to create a broadcast of my entire Fulham career on evo-web. Unlike #71, i want to make every match a full coverage.
So the big question is which kind of recording tool should i be using?Plz remember that my target is good frame speed; good sound and of course good video quality.
