How to make the game slower?

I'm not sure you understood. It's a matter of preference, not a hardware/software problem. The speed seems too fast for me, even if I play at slow speed and manual settings. It's like the game is too responsive

try using cm4 speeder, used for PES. donno if it works fine with FIFA.
