How to get replays out of the game and start watching them on windows media????

can somebody help me i dnt knw how to get replays from the game to watch them on windows media??? i know this thread should be some where else but i dont knw where??? please help me?
 
anyone here that uses "taksi" by Juce? I use it since 2004, and I must admit it's amazing!!

it's easy to use, it doesn't slow down when you run it (well.. it depends on the computer you run it onto) and, well.. it's totally freeware.. that means no time limit for recording and no annoying fraps watermark if running the demo version.. you can find it @ ajay's..
