How to create hair model

Hi guys!
I got a question for you gurus of pes: I'd like to create hair model to import in pes6 [ pc version ] but I dunno where to put my hands ^^'
my goal is a hair model looking like that of Captain Tsubasa! ( you know, the jap serie about soccer ^o^ )

If you can PLEEEASE Help me!

I cannot help at all, but I think you might get a bit more help if you put this thread in the "edit" section of the forum. Seems like it would fit the best there. :)
