How to check the message in the game?

There is a message icon in the upper right corner. But I didn't see anything in "InBox". How come?

That's not a message. Messages are shown as white envelopes. When it's a pinkish envelope that means somebody wants to add you as a friend. Go to Personal Data Manager--> Friends List-->Add friends request or something like that.

Thanks! I had the same problem and I checked 1 million times the incoming message box for nothing :D
