How is FL24 gameplay so underrated?

Hey everyone,

I've been playing FL24 a lot lately, and honestly, I'm baffled by how underrated this gameplay is in the community. The player movements are just incredibly fluid and natural, and the ball physics genuinely feel real. Every touch, pass, and shot has a weight and unpredictability to it that makes matches so immersive.

However, I've been trying out the newer gameplay versions (like the P9 Ignite patches), and I feel like we’ve actually taken a step backward in some areas. The movements in the newer versions feel much more "stiff" and robotic compared to FL24, and it's starting to feel way too close to EA FC 27.

Don't get me wrong—I completely recognize that the newer setups bring some great improvements, especially regarding more variance in animations and smarter AI decision-making. But the actual feel and responsiveness of FL24's movement still seem superior to me.

This made me wonder: Is it actually possible to just take the new AI logic, choice variance, and updated features, and simply apply them directly on top of the FL24 gameplay foundation without completely changing how it feels?

Curious to hear your thoughts on this!
