how do i get we9 tranlated to english

i have read some people have we9 in english how is this possible please help

Patch it if u want the menus etc in eng

Get an opt file if you want the palyer/team names in english..

how do i patch and how do i get an option file

You get Fernando's translation patch from the Patches part of the Downloads section and any option file you want from the Option Files part of File Downloads.
