how control fatigue

how do you control the fatigue of your players at leagues/master league?

I play only two games and then I have to substitute the whole team...

How do you substitute your players to keep their fatigue low?

well u have to sub well, if u want to use your player at the maximum amounts of game then sub him at about 65th min or the 70th min, and he will be less tired for the next game
