How can I keep my damn gaalkeeper into the goal?

I love this game. I really love it.

But I'm so tired of all these lob shots I get online.
I'm looking for a way to keep the goalkeeper into the goal.

I read around (and in the game too) that you shoul press (Y) twice, but it seems not to work in my case.

What does it mean? I should press once and then keep pressing the second time? Or just to fast press?

In any case I cannot make it work.
Any suggestion?

Ah, I use the ALTERNATIVE pad configurazion (the one that come from Pro Evolution Soccer).

But seriously, I don't think there's a certain way around it. Best thing to do is to play with a deeper defence line so that your opponent doesn't get in behind your defence and get these lob opportunities.
 
You double tap triangle but you need to do it well in advance because the first press makes the keeper come out a bit more! Once the second tap registers, the keeper goes 'oh right!' and goes back for goal.
