HELP please - face relink crashes

I am trying to relink faces through kitserver. It links fine in PES 2010 Database Editor but when I go to game and edit players when I scroll down to player that has face relinked the game crashes!

Could someone please tell me why?? :(

I've had this with certain faces (not all). I can only guess that the face file is corrupt or something. Best to insert faces one team at a time, always back up your OF beforehand. I had a dodgy Vermaelen face file that made mine crash but when I removed it all was well again. Hope this helps.
 
Thanks Cakeboy for responding. I have been trying it one player a a time. I have tried different faces (only one worked so far) but 90% of other faces crash game. I was wondering if I was missing something or there is a "trick" to it ..
