help: Burning PES2010 -DEMO

I downloaded the PES2010 demo version ..
I found 2 files : PES2010.mdf and PES2010.mds ..
How do I burn this image ? by Nero or Ashampoo or what ?
CD-R or DVD-R ??

i burned the mds file which is the image file to cd-r with alcohol 120 but nero should do it.
