Have The refs become better after 1.02 patch

Hi All,

we all know that refs in this edition are useless in the box ....i was going throught various forums where in i happend to read some of the comments made by the members that refs are slightly better after patch 1.02 can anybody else verify this please ....
 
Hmmmm... I'm not sure. I played my second game with it last night and got a penalty so god knows.
 
konami are really stupid.. i mean how can you have complex engine but not have an easy ,modular way of editing ai frequency of fouls + making ref more strict?
should take them 2 seconds to edit code and make ref more strict and release a patch..

I touch the opponent a little Bit, and the Referee said: RED!
My opponent strike me down and kick my player in the Face in the back and the Referee said: Go away its nothing.

WHAT THE F***! What is this 4 a ref????????
 
Like someone said in this forum, I really hope against hope that PES will be an engine, released every year, with clear and free documentations on how to create leagues, team and players. The engine manages all this data, letting us do ML, championships, CL, EL, BaL, and playing online with friends with the same patches.

This is utopic, I know, but would be GREAT for us, and for KONAMI because we could have infinite fun, and they could have MUCH MORE with the same effort.
