Graphics Card

crashed again.....i'll try the motherboard thingy, thanks for finding it!
and if this don't work, then i'll punch someone in the head.

no luck, i'll have to phone the manufacturer on Monday, and if they can't sort it...then i'll force them to give me a new one. thanks for all the help.

:O just been playing it for the last hour and it didn't crash!....never changed a thing from the last time it crashed....hmmmm

I would say the problem is prob related to the power supply.
I had to update my power supply when I bought my 6800 about 18 months ago.

The reason is power supplies need to produce a certain voltage on the 12V rail otherwise the graphics card will perform worse than it should and can cause system crashes.

I also wouldnt recommend the Hyper power supply because they are very poor, and you can get ones half the price which do the same job.
Look into the power consumption on your graphics card and check it against your power supply because a 400w power supply has very little chance of powering a full pc with a 6600 inside.

yeah i got at 650W psu....but it still crashed after i connected it.....but strangely evetythings working now...
