GK's top scorers in Master League?

I noticed that in my new Master League (still in D2), some of the top scorers outside of my team are GKs!

All the goalies are the ones right below the last player (the first subs). Does this happen to anyone else?

Also, why are some goalies in D2 worth 5000 points? That seems a bit absurd.
