Gameplay Far Too Slow!

Hey guys, i am wondering, if there is anyway of getting the gameplay of my pes6 to go anywhere near as good gameplay as what the ps2 has, mine seems to go really slow when playing, like players cant run as quick as on ps2 ect... its getting really frustrating..

My specs...

C2D X6800 Xtreme @ 3.6ghz
8800 GTX @ 700/2100
ASus p5w dh delux motherboard
2gb Geil ddr2


please help me someone, is there an editor or something?
 
does your screen seem like it 'jerks'? i had this problem and fixed it by turning v-sync on

otherwise, gameplay does generally seem a lot slower than the ps2 to me, especially online. slightly off-topic, but it also seems a lot harder to get a red card when playing online with the pc
