Game freeze/crashes when entering formation-screen

Hello.

I have a big problem here!
here the last month I have expierienced a weird problem.

My screen turns all black and freezes when I in a match wanna edit my formation.
My game also freeze when I score a goal with some of the teams (fx. Ronaldo from Real Madrid)
Sometimes the game even freezes at the formation-screen before I have entered the match.

What can I do?

(I have tried re-installing the game, but that doesn't work either. I have run a adaware and virus-scan. But still no good)

Please help I'm desperate!
