Hi all;

I have the game for a couple of days and only managed to play 7-8 friendly games;four games out of 8 crashed exactly the same way I've explained on the topic.Does this looks like the same "game crashing" happenings the others experiencing?or is this somethning different going on?Any ideas?

It sounds like the same crashing I have, but mine doesn't blue screen, just crashes to desktop. I suspect it's the same problem though.

The only time it doesn't crash is in training mode or BAL training matches.

Its so unstable , I cant believe they released the game in this state without protracted game testing in every mode.

Totally unprofessional and bloody well robbing their customer base blind.

No wonder so many people obtain Long John Silver versions.

It is really strange because I've played numerous matches in the demo version on the same system and haven't encountered any -even the slightest- of the glithces.

Demo version works fine,

it appears to be UCL and BAL elements that are crashing.

LOL a game crashing cant cause BSOD's

Its usually Hardware problem (in my case it was bad capacetors due to overheating, so i had my motherboard changed !)
when anything which causes a lot of proceessing......then comes the Blue screen of deaths (atleast in my case!)

theres some serious prob with ur PC!

read more @ wiki ;)

I recently upgraded to a GTX280 from an 8800GTS and reverted back to a SB Live 5.1 from SB Audigy Value(I know it sounds crap but don't ask why).Maybe this is cauisng the problem.I'll try to report back when I re-install SB Audigy.

Maybe the poor SB Live is overheating(I haven't heard system resetting because of sound card overheating before though) because it is so close to GTX280 which is naturally overheating.

Every other game is working flawlessly apart form PES2009 actually.

when the BSOD occurs

it is written !

"a recent hardware or software change might have caused this."

so i think that answers ur ques! :)

btw i m not 100% sure that BSOD is being caused due to this
make sure whats the prob before u spend any money :p

Those blue screens were so fast that it was impossible to read them,in the blink of an eye the system resets.

By the way I've re-installed my SBAudigy and played 4 friendly matches and had no crashes yet but before reaching any conclusions I'll test more.

There is an option somewhere that makes your blue screen not flash on screen but stay there so you can read it. Google it i'm sure you could easily find this to help you out.

CRASH DOESNT HAPPEN TO ME ANYMORE!!! when you put the game cd in the cd drive, autorun starts. then click on the read me button. scroll down to troubleshooting and it tells you what to do there, e.g. have latest drivers for your graphic card defragment your hard drive and click start then run and type dxdiag when it comes up click on the sound tab and scroll the sound accelerator to none or basic. since i followed these instructions, i have no crashes.
