That's how I feel as well, the 360 pad fits your hands perfectly and the analog sticks are in the perfect places. Trying to control two analog sticks so close to eachother now on the PS2/PS3 is really uncomfortable, my thumbs ache after ten minutes.
But you get used to what you get used to. If I hadn't have stuck with the 360 for 18 months now then I would still be using the PS pads. In fairness though, there are times when I play PES (and just PES) where I think back to my old button configuration and press the wrong button (the old FIFAs - pre 2000 - used to use
as sprint, and so I've always configured PES to be the same, but now that the new FIFAs won't let you change the buttons I've been forced to use the right trigger as sprint, which I forget sometimes).
