-The game has been in development since the release of Winning Eleven 9
-The game has full licenses for all club teams and most national teams
-The PlayStation 3 version of the game will be released 1 month after the PlayStation 2 version
-The Master League mode has been re-worked from the ground up
-The game will include multiple languages
-Nakamura will return for the cover of Winning Eleven 11
-He will be joined by Paul Scholes who has recently become very popular in Japan
